• If you cancel within the allowed period, a refund may be issued after necessary deductions.

• No-show bookings or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

• If Theji Tours must cancel due to weather, safety, or operational concerns, we will offer an alternative or refund when applicable.

3. Changes to Itineraries

Theji Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to:

• Safety risks

• Natural events

• Supplier availability

We will always aim to provide equal or better alternatives.

4. Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers are expected to:

• Follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or external factors
