Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Theji Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

1. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Arrival

• 100% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

• 3.5% of the total cost will be deducted as bank/transaction charges.

• The refund will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date.

2. Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival

• 50% of the agreed total price will be refunded.

• The refund will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date.

3. No-Show

In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice), no refund will be issued.

Additional Terms

• All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or official communication).

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• Bank charges and international transfer fees (if applicable) will be borne by the guest or tour agent.
